My next project: the dining room.
Currently, Aaron and I eat our meals on the floor, sitting indian style, at the coffee table in front of our couch. It doesn't bother us too much, but when my Mom came out to visit, it wasn't very practical. So for the sake of any visitor that we might have and hope to have in the future, we need to get this sorted. I've already bought a table from a nice man on craigslist.com who kept all of his money in a fanny pack. He also wanted to tell me all about its history. He started telling me about how it used to belong to a girl who died, and that was about as far as a would let him get before he could continue by telling me that she died on it or something to that extent. Not that I have a problem with having furniture from someone who has passed away. Most of my furniture has that history.
Here are some of the idea's I have in mind for when I'm out and about looking for the chairs to go along with said table.
